Cancellation policy
We understand that plans can change. At the same time, a festival needs reliability in planning. Therefore, the following regulations apply:
1. Cancellation by participants
Up to 60 days before the festival begins: full refund minus a processing fee of €50
Up to 30 days before the festival begins: refund of 50% of the ticket price
From 29 days before the festival begins: no refund possible
2. Ticket transfer
Your ticket can be transferred to another person free of charge at any time
Please inform us in good time by email with the complete contact details of the substitute person
3. Goodwill policy
In special cases (e.g. illness, accident), a credit for a future event may be granted after individual review
There is no entitlement to this
4. Cancellation by the organizer
Should the festival be cancelled, you will receive a full ticket refund
Further claims (e.g. travel or accommodation costs) are excluded
5. Recommendation
We recommend taking out seminar/trip cancellation insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen events
